Guiyuan Taisheng Ceramic New Material Co., Ltd. was jointly established with Guiyuan Holding Co., Ltd. and Zibo Taisheng ceramic technology Co., Ltd.In 2016, Taisheng
New Material Technology Co., Ltd. was officially established.It is now a leading backbone enterprise in the new material industry in Shandong province.Taisheng company
also has established long-term industry-university-research cooperative relations with SSI institute of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Shandong university and Wuhan
university of science and technology. Taisheng has the qualification of A2-class pressure pipeline manufacturing and has introduced a number of specially invited
experts, with strong scientific research and production capacity.
In 2002,Taisheng was the first one to invest the research and development of aluminum titanate ceramic products in China. After more than ten years of continuous
exploration and experimentation, the company's aluminum titanate ceramic riser tubes and sprue bushings have replaced similar imported products, quickly occupying the
domestic market and serving more than 70 aluminum alloy die casting enterprises.
Taisheng covers an area of 43000 square meters and the second workshop is under construction now. With a registered capital of 57.8 million yuan and more than 100
employees,Taisheng focuses on the field of high-tech ceramics represented by silicon nitride ceramics, aluminum titanate ceramics, alumina ceramics, and aluminum
silicate ceramics, providing high-quality products and services for steel, metallurgy, coal, mining, electric power, aviation, medicine and other industries.
Taisheng company is committed to the design and supply of overall solutions for ceramic materials under adverse conditions such as temperature resistance, abrasion
resistance and corrosion resistance fields. Aiming at the most advanced technology in the new materials industry,Taisheng has gradually built the largest new materials

Sample Room & Workshop
From raw material to finished products,Taisheng own complete sets of advanced equipments.
For raw material process,we have 12 ball mills, 6 drying towers,4 stirring mills and 2 sand mills.
For moulding process,we have 8 Cold Isostatic pressing machines,1 3D printer,1 extruder and 1 casting film machine.
For machining process,we have 24 CNC lathe machines,19 grinders,2 mills,1 drilling machine and 2 carving machines.
For sintering process,we have 8 vacuum furnaces,8 gas pressure sintering furnaces and 1 hot pressing furnace, 12 nitriding furnaces and 2 electric furnaces.
For testing process,we have 2 laser particle size analyzers,1 rockwell hardness tester,1 optical microscope,1 density tester,1 universal tester and so on.
