Aluminum silicate caster tip is an advanced refractory material developed specifically for the continuous casting and rolling process of aluminum plates. It is sintered from high-purity aluminum silicate matrix combined with nano reinforcement phase. As the core component of the flow guiding system of the casting and rolling mill, it directly contacts the high-temperature aluminum liquid at 700-1000℃ and plays a key role in accurately controlling the melt flow rate and preventing the formation of oxide slag. It can significantly improve the yield and surface smoothness of 1100/1200 series aluminum alloy plates and strips.
