By adjusting the pressure and the size of the riser, the filling speed and flow rate of the aluminum liquid are controlled, and the heat loss of the aluminum liquid during the transportation process is reduced. At the same time, the holding furnace and the mold are protected from high temperature erosion to produce qualified casting products .
